Who we are
Oakfield Services Limited is a New Zealand-registered recruitment and human-resources company, dedicated to helping New Zealand businesses find the right staff and giving job seekers more employment opportunities.
We provide flexible human-resources services spanning seasonal recruitment, temporary and casual labour, part-time and permanent roles — matching the right people to the right work, at the right time.
The industries we serve include agriculture, horticulture, plantations, meat processing and abattoirs, manufacturing, warehousing and logistics, construction, hospitality and food service, and cleaning services.
Our base is local New Zealand recruitment. Alongside this, we work with local and international recruitment partners to support workforce needs across New Zealand — with seasonal and overseas hiring as one part of a broader, flexible service rather than our whole business. Our goal is to provide practical, flexible workforce solutions for employers while creating more opportunities for job seekers.
